It all started when my grandfather started working part-time on a food truck as a young boy to help support a struggling family. This food truck, like most food trucks of its time were not usually the first choice, or even third or fourth choice for a good meal. Mostly found at Job sites, they would sell a limited option of prepackaged sandwiches, which were not always known for their freshness.
Even at that age my grandfather knew there was more that could be offered, and he made it his goal to bring his vision a reality.
After many setbacks and struggles he was finally able to secure a loan to purchase his own truck. There was no holding him back at this point. It soon became a family affair with his new wife, my grandmother, a professionally trained chef, who brought her talents with her on every ride.
Their fresh new idea of food being offered spread quickly. Soon it did not matter where or what time they would be parked somewhere. The lines would form up quickly from people who would drive to their location as if going to a restaurant. Unfortunately with the growing popularity and business, most days they would sell out soon after, if not before lunch.
So soon, one truck turned into two, and two into four. Also at this time, with more trucks, and quality help, a husband and wife soon welcomed a daughter followed by two sons. They were all encouraged to follow their own harts and passions to become whatever and whoever they wanted to be and they naturally fell into the business in many aspects. Soon they would be pushing this small business of four, to a nationwide fleet of quality food trucks.
Now following in my father's footsteps, as he did his, I wanted to expand and bring this unique eating opportunity to the masses by offering our services online with as much as the same experience but from the comfort of your home, or wherever and whenever you feel like eating.
Through all these years we have always strived to make ours a unique eating experience. We have always listened to the input of our workers and customers, always pushing our limits and technology, to offer a great verity of fresh food.
